摘 要 产业结构升级指的是产业结构原始初级状态，向能够适应经济社会变化、有相应竞争力的高级状态转变的过程。进行产业结构升级不仅是经济社会发展下提高竞争力的客观要求，也是为了能够实现科学持续健康发展的必然选择。经济社会的发展促进着产业结构的升级，同时产业结构的升级也推动着经济社会的发展。 广东省的纺织服装业产量巨大，同时也是我国的纺织品出口贸易大省。但是随着国内外形势的变化，广东省纺织服装业面临众多的挑战。在外，自二十世纪以来，全球金融危机频发、经济全球化日渐深入、人民币贬值等众多问题使得国际需求量大幅减少。除此之外，国内竞争日趋激烈，其自身生产结构问题众多，这在很大程度上又进一步减少了广东纺织服装业的竞争力。虽然，国家一直对纺织服装业予以扶持态度，多次上调出口退税率，但是面对众多挑战与困难，广东纺织服装业发展一直处于消极状态，很多中小企业甚至在几天之内就破产。因此，在这种内外交困的情况下，广东纺织服装业必须进行转型升级。通过优化产业结构来提高竞争力，通过创新来找到自己新的发展优势，是广东纺织服装业要想实现健康可持续发展的必由之路。 本文首先对广东纺织服装业进行了解分析，从广东纺织服装业自身问题出发、综合数据分析其发展中面临的各项困难。再通过对广东纺织服装业转型方向和转型升级过程中遇到的各种障碍进行探讨研究，并提出相关的建议，期望有助于广东纺织服装业产业结构转型升级的顺利进行，并且最终可以实现长期稳定快速发展。 关键词：广东纺织服装业；产业结构；转型升级；竞争力；创新 Abstract Upgrading of the industrial structure is the transformation of the original primary state to corresponding high state,which can be suituated to new economic.
