硅质吸附剂的制备及对芦丁的选择性分离研究 张裕卿 张红柳 李滨县 （天津大学化工学院，天津，300072） 摘 要：芦丁是一类具有广泛药理作用的黄酮类化合物，为了从大豆异黄酮的粗提液中选择性的提取芦丁， 根据分子识别技术原理，以芦丁为模板分子，能和芦丁分子中的酚羟基反应的氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为功能单 体，正硅酸乙酯为偶联剂制备出对芦丁具有高选择性的硅质吸附剂，同时制备了空白吸附剂。对此吸附剂进 行了静态吸附试验和选择性试验，在 70℃进行了等温吸附试验并采用 langmuir 等温吸附机理进行了回归。 结果表明，此硅质吸附剂与空白吸附剂相比，有较高的吸附量和选择性;吸附复合langmuir等温吸附机理。 关键词：芦丁； 硅质吸附剂； langmuir Study on Preparation of Silicon Adsorbent and Its Selective Separation for Rutin ZHANG Yu-qing, ZHANG Hong-liu ，LI Bin-xian (School of Chemical Engineering and Technology, Tianjin University, Tianjin,300072,China) Abstract: Rutin is an soybean isoflavone with many remarkable pharmacological and clinical effects, and This paper deals with the selective separation of rutin from the crude solution of soybean isoflavone. According the molecular recognizing technology, a new silica adsorbent was prepared which took the genistein as the template molecular, the γ-aminopropylthriethoxysilane as the functional monomer which can react with the phenolic hydroxyl and the tetraethyl orthosicate as the cross-linker, at the same time, the blank adsorbent was prepared. The adsorbent was charactered by the adsorption characteristics analysis, selective experiments, and the isothermal adsorption experiment under 70 ℃. The langmuir adsorption equation was used to analysis the adsorption isotherm. The results show that the adsorbent has a higher adsorption capacity and selective to rutin and the adsorption is consistentwith the langmuir adsorption equation.
