设计任务书 一、设计项目 年产5022吨乙酸乙酯的反应器的设计   二、设计条件 生产规模:5022吨/年 生产时间:连续生产8000小时/年,间隙生产6000小时/年 物料损耗:按5%计算 4、乙酸的转化率:52% 三、反应条件 反应在等温下进行,反应温度为80℃,以少量浓硫酸为催化剂,硫酸量为总物料量的1%,当乙醇过量时,其动力学方程为: rA=kCA2。Ak为15.00L/(kmol·min)纯净的乙酸乙酯是无色透明具有刺激性气味的液体,被广泛用于醋酸纤维、乙基纤维、氯化橡胶、乙烯树脂、乙酸纤维树酯、合成橡胶、涂料及油漆等的生产过程中一方面加入过量的乙醇,另一方面在反应过程中不断蒸出生成的产物和水,促进平衡向生成酯的方向移动。 ABSTRACT Ethyl acetate is an important organic solvent. Pure ethyl acetate ,which is a colorless and transparent liquid with a pungent odor, is a kind of important organic solvent and organic chemical raw material, and is widely used for cellulose acetate, ethyl cellulose, chlorinated rubber, vinyl resin, cellulose acetate resin, synthetic rubber, and the production process of paints and varnishes. At present, our country use the traditional method namely using acetic acid and ethanol as raw materials, concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst to prepare for synthesis of ethyl acetate directly. Due to the use of concentrated sulfuric acid, the reaction is easily to product ethylene as a by-products , so the reaction should be in good control of temperature ,at the same time, add an excess of ethanol on the one hand, and steam out the produced products and water on the other hand, so as to facilitate the balance towards the produce of ester direction . The design of this topic is for the reactor of ethyl acetate which annual output is 5022 tons , choosing the temperature of 80 ℃, using acetic acid: alcohol =1:5 (molar ratio), the conversion rate of acetic acid is 52%, Based on the calculation of the material balance in the industrial production, heat balance and synthesis process equipment and so on, we choose to select batch reactor and calculate it. Through calculation, the sleeve body height is 1380mm, the inner diameter is 1750mm, the body height is 1940mm, the nominal diameter diameter is 1600mm. The form of the agitator is disc type agitator, the stirring shaft diameter is 800mm,the motor power is 1.44KW.Finally, according to the results of the si
