Methods: There were 25 patients with Lisfranc injuries who were treated in Shandong Medical University hospital were enrolled in the retrospective study. All patients were followed for an average of 30 months. Evaluation was performed with the Maryland foot rating score. Patients were divided into groups in accordance with results of discharge and final follow-up results, the mechanism of injury influence on the prognosis,the influence of treatment time on prognosis, conservative treatment and surgical treatment on the prognosis, and the integrity of the Lisfranc ligament on the prognosis respectively.All the results were analyzed statistically. Results: The final follow-up of 25 patients is stated below: excellent in 3 cases, good in 9 cases,can be 5 cases, poor in 8 cases. The average Maryland score is 72.5 points. The acceptable rate of hospital discharge was 92%; however, the acceptance rate of the final results of the follow-up was just 68% (p0.05); the acceptablerate of the direct injury group was 82.4%, and the acceptable rate of the indirect injury group was 37.5%(p ﹥0.05); the acceptable rate of the group which had intact Lisfranc ligaments was 88.9%, and the rate of the other was 14.3%(p0.05);the acceptablerate of the fracture-dislocation group was 80%, and the acceptable rate of
