基于生态思考的土地整理测度与评价 ——以湖北省土地整理项目为例 曾晨1,刘艳芳12,邹亚锋1 （1. 武汉大学资源与环境科学学院，湖北 武汉 430061；2.武汉大学地理信息系统教育部重点实验室） [摘要] 研究目的：建立和完善基于生态思考的土地整理规划设计评价的指标体系及其测度方法。研究方法：文献资料法、数理统计法和样本分析法。研究结果：（1）土地整理规划设计从总体设计到子工程设计应该有相应的评价指标。（2）对于指标的内涵有定性的描述和定量的推算。（3）以湖北省为例通过统计分析，得到了相关指标的置信区间。研究结论：土地整理的规划设计应该在景观生态，农业生态学等理论的基础上，从总体设计到各个子工程的规划设计指标并进行测度和评价，通过项目的总结分析，可在项目实施前利用指标约束指导土地整理规划的整个过程。 关键词：土地整理 规划设计 测度评价 生态思考 中图分类号：S2 文献标识码：A 文章编号： The optimization of evaluation system of land consolidation planning based on ecological thought—— Taking land consolidation projects in Hubei Province as an example Zeng Chen1 , Liu Yanfang12 , Zou Yafeng1 (1. School of Resource Environmental Science, Wuhan University, Wuhan 430079, China,2.Key Laboratory of Geographical Information System, Ministry of Education, Wuhan University, Wuhan 430079, China) Abstract: The purpose of this study is to set up and improve an index system for evaluation in land consolidation planning and propose its measurement approach based on ecological thought. Methods of documentation, sampling, and mathematical statistics were employed. The results indicate that the establishment, qualitative and quantitative descriptions of an environment-friendly index system for land consolidation is necessary and important. Taking Hubei Province as an example, the confidence interval of some index is obtained with methods of sampling and mathematical statistics. It is concluded that theories such as landscape ecology and agricultural ecology should be taken into account in designing, measuring and evaluating index from comprehensive and sub-project objective. Through the summary and analysis of land consolidation projects in Hubei Province, the achievement can be used to guide and restrict the process of land consolidation planning.
