毕业设计(论文) 题 目 风电机组在线监测系统 硬件设计 专 业 班 级 学 号 学 生 指导教师 2015 年 摘 要 近年,随着世界对新能源的快速发展,风力发电技术已经成为当前风能利用的主要技术之一。然而,由于风力发电机组常年运行在恶劣的环境中,其内部的轴承、齿轮箱、发电机等经常出现故障,为此我们引进了在线监测技术,以便于监测风电机组的运行状态,及早的发现风电机组的故障,减少经济损失。 针对目前的在线监测技术来说,大量的数据信息需要可靠的快速的采集并加以处理,但是目前许多数据采集系统依然不能够达到这些要求,其中往往存在许许多多的问题,如系统过于庞大,可靠性低等等。 基于ARM处理器的嵌入式数据采集系统具有低功耗、体积小、采集速度快、价格低廉等特点。本文在对风电机组常见故障的分析基础上,着重研究了以主轴承、齿轮箱、发电机的振动信号为采集对象的基于ARM处理器的嵌入式数据采集系统。该系统包含了五个振动传感器和两个温度传感器、信号调理电路和A/D转换电路。在设计完采集系统后对系统做了调试实验,验证了采集系统的快速性和可靠性。 关键词:在线监测;风电机组;齿轮箱;数据采集;ARM Hardware Design Of On-line Monitoring System For Wind Turbine ABSTRACT In recent years,with the rapid development of new energy in the world,Wind power generation technology has become one of the main technology of wind energy utilization.However, due to the wind turbine year-round operation in harsh environment, the internal bearing, gear box and generator often fails. For this reason, we introduce the online monitoring technology to monitoring the operation of wind turbine and discovery of wind turbine fault in time, reduce the economic loss. In view of the current on line monitoring technology, a large amount of data requires reliable rapid acquisition and processing, but at present many of the data acquisition system is still not able to meet these requirements, of which there are many, many problems, such as the system is too large, low reliability, and so on. The embedded data acquisition system based on ARM processor has the features of low power consumption, small size, fast acquisition speed, low price, etc.. The on the base of the analysis on the common faults of wind turbine, focuses on the main bearings, gearbox and generator of vibration signal for the collection of objects based on the arm processor embedded data acquisition system.
