This paper aims to make a new probe into discipline construction of higher education, whose theoretical significance lies in opening up a new route of overlapped-double subjects breakthrough and whose application lies in a kind of bilingual database that can share knowledge ontology. Therefore, it lacks both a self-consistent macro-theoretical framework and a rigorous bilingual database of micro- terminology. Such theories of higher education discipline construction do not match the actual needs of higher education. This paper aims to achieve the desired results through macro-architecture approach of building a kind of bilingual database that can share knowledge ontology of university teaching, management and learning.
