建構企業訓練之課程發展模式 張瑞村 朝陽科技大學師資培育中心副教授 摘 要 人力資源是企業組織創造競爭優勢的重要因素，企業組織基於本身的經營策略與發 展需要 ，經由企業訓練培育所需的人力資源 ，是最有效的途徑 。企業訓練與公共訓練或 學校教育在性質 、目標和功能上有所差異，是以無法完全仰賴公共訓練或學校教育培育 其所需人才 ，企業自辦訓練成為必然的趨勢 。課程發展模式是企業訓練計畫的核心 ，其 功能在於引導企業訓練課程設計以達成企業訓練目標 ，以提高生產力 。因此 ，本文從技 職教育課程發展模式的探討 ，並參酌企業組織與企業訓練的特性 ，作為建構企業訓練的 課程發展模式之依據 。本文所提出的課程發展模式主要是以學校課程發展之目標模式為 主 ，過程模式為輔 ，並參酌情境模式建構而成 ，同時考慮理論與實際之配合 ，期能提供 企業界發展訓練課程時之參考。 關鍵詞 ：企業訓練 、課程發展 Abstract Humanresourcesplaythecrucialroleingaininganadvantageofcompetitionamongthe enterprises.Basedonthemanagementstrategiesanddevelopmentneeds,theenterprisesoftenoffer thetrainingsontheirown,whichisalsoregardedasthemosteffectivewaytotrainupmanpower. Unlikethepublictrainingorschooleducation,theenterprisetrainingnotonlydiffersincharacters butalsoingoalsandfunctions.Asthepublictrainingandschooleducationmaynotbeableto cultivatetheappropriatepersonnel,theenterprisesinevitablyhavetoadministerthetrainingson theirown.Curriculum development model, the core of the enterprise training plan, attempts to guide the enterprise training curriculum design. In addition, it aims to achieve the enterprise training objectives and to enhance production. Therefore,thepresentstudyaimstoconstructthe enterprisetrainingcurriculumdevelopmentmodelbyexploringthecurriculum development model ofvocationaleducationandexaminingthecharacteristicsoftheenterprisesandenterprisetraining. Curriculum development model in the current study mainly concerns the objective model. In addition, the process model and situational model are also considered. Finally, it is hoped that this study may provide valuable reference for the enterprises in developing training courses.
