摘要:针对传统制造在价值链创造上的不足，构建了服务型制造企业内部价值链，提出了向顾客需求服务延伸、信息共
享、资源整合和绿色价值创造等制造业参与服务型制造内部价值创造的四种途径，总结了服务型制造企业内部价值链
优化的三步骤和服务型制造下的业务流程再造的新特征，并采用业务流程再造的思想对实证企业内部价值链进行优
化，为制造企业在转型过程中如何提高价值创造能力引入了新的思路和观点，也从价值链角度进一步完善了服务型制
造理论体系。
