At the same time, the reversing di ution p ate sepa- ration t echno og y w as identif ied to be benef icia to screening the po yphosphate accumu ating organism s. Observations of their morpho- og ica , physio ogica and biochemica f eatures indicate that they are acinetobacter sp . By exper iment , the optima choices for car bon of the po yphosphate accumu ating organism s A and E are CH COON a and C H NN aO , respective y. Exper imenta data show the 3 5 8 4 best g rowth condit ions of po yphosphate accumu ating org anisms in reducing carbon concentrations, i . e. ess than COD 100 mg L - 1: t he optima pH v a ues and temperatures of the po yphosphate accumu ating org anism s A and E are 8 and 7 , 20 and 25 , respec- tiv e y.
