DSP全数字连续式激光电源的研制 摘 要 本文主要研究了电源系统的数字化控制方案,并研制了一台DSP控制的为灯泵浦激光器供电的连续式激光电源的原理样机。 本文首先介绍了当前激光电源领域的发展现状,分析了激光电源领域的发展趋势。并在充分论证数字化控制可行性的基础上,提出了数字化控制的电源的软硬件设计方案,并实现了一台具有优良性能的数控激光电源。 在研制的过程中,控制系统的设计是整个项目的难点。不仅要求控制系统具有良好的稳定性和抗干扰能力,还要求控制系统能够达到优良的性能。我们对控制电路进行了大量的抗干扰滤波处理,使得控制电路能够抵抗电源内部的电磁干扰。而数字控制器的设计则在考虑输入电压、电感量等系统参数变化的基础上,结合MATLAB进行综合设计 ,能够根据当前系统状态改变控制器的增益。 在研制的实验样机上,功能全部实现。而在输入电压范围,控制精度,上升下降时间等关键性能指标上,基本达到了模拟控制电源的水平。经过连续66小时的拷机测试未出现故障,检验了样机工作的可靠性。 最后,本文对研究成果进行了总结,并提出了进一步改进建议。 关键字: 激光电源,开关电路,数字控制器,DSP Abstract This paper mainly studied the digital controlled system of power supply .A DSP controlled continuous laser power supply sample that powered up the light-pumped laser machine has been developed. This paper introduced the current development of laser power supply first, and analyzed the development trend of laser power supply .Also on the argument of the possibility of digital controlling, the softwarehardware design of the digital controlled power supply has been putted forward, and a set of digital controlled power supply with the basic functions and good performance has been developed In the process of developing, the design of control system was the crux of project. Not only the good stability and anti- interference ability of controlling system was required, but also the performance of controlling system was required .We carried on a great deal of anti- interference and filtering steps to the controlling circuit, which made the controlling circuit could resist the electromagnetism interference coming from inner of power supply .The design of digital controller combined MATLAB to comprehensive design in considering the variety of some system parameters such as input voltage and the quantity of inductor, the gain of digital controller could be automatic adjusted according to the current state of the power supply .
