精品论文 参考文献 胃镜诊治非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床回顾性分析 湖北省孝感市中心医院内科 湖北孝感 432000 摘要：目的：探讨分析胃镜诊治非静脉曲张性消化道出血（NVUGIB）的临床效果。方法：选取我院2014年4月～2015年10月间收入的80例NVUGIB患者作为观察对象。将其随机分为2组，实验组、对照组各40例患者。实验组的患者采取胃镜检查，对照组的患者采取常规检查方法，比较两组患者的临床疗效，病情改善状况，住院天数和并发症的发生情况。 结果：实验组患者的临床疗效：显效28例，有效10例，无效2例，有效率95.0%。对照组的患者临床疗效：显效19例，有效12例，无效9例，有效率77.5%。差异显著，具有统计学意义。实验组患者的平均住院天数9.5天，对照组患者的平均住院天数14.5天，差异具有统计学意义。实验组患者再出血1例，再发溃疡1例，并发症发生概率5.0%，对照组患者再出血3例，再发溃疡5例，并发症发生概率20.0%。差异具有统计学意义。结论：胃镜检查是诊断非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的主要方法之一，同时胃镜下药物注射治疗上消化道非静脉曲张性出血疗效显著，操作简单，具有临床应用价值，可显著提高临床治愈率，减少患者住院时间，降低患者并发症的发生概率。 关键词：非静脉曲张；上消化道出血；胃镜；诊治；临床回顾性分析 [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of non varicose gastrointestinal bleeding（NVUGIB）. Methods：80 cases of NVUGIB in our hospital from April 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the observation objects. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups，the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group were taken gastroscopy，the control group were taken routine examination，the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared，the condition of improvement，hospital days and the incidence of complications.Results：the clinical efficacy of the experimental group：28 cases were markedly effective，10 cases were effective，2 cases were ineffective，and the effective rate was 95%. The control group of patients clinical curative effect：19 cases，effective 12 cases，invalid 9 cases，the efficiency of 77.5%. Significant difference，with statistical significance. In the experimental group，the average hospital stay was 9.5 days，the average length of stay in the control group was 14.5 days，the difference was statistically significant.
