現行機車排氣檢測值合理性之探討 林紘原 ，萬能科技大學環境工程 系副教授 中文摘要 本研究 主要利用 機車定檢站與路邊攔檢數據中的總碳濃度做為檢測數 據的合理性的依照，以利於機車排氣檢測時能及早篩檢出現非儀器系統偏差 的異常值 。本計畫結合理論值與 94 年1月份台北縣路邊攔檢與定檢數據 ， 建立總碳濃度與空氣燃料比之關係與其合理檢出範圍 。結果顯示 ，在合理檢 出的總碳合範圍下，94 年度1月份台北縣機車路邊攔檢數據中 TC 、CO 、 HC值均顯著低於定檢站 ，空燃比則高於定檢站測值，是否為採樣器放置深 度不標準所引起 ，值得進一步蒐集數據 分析，檢討可能的原因 。此外，影想 機車排氣中CO 、HC 、CO2 、TC 與空氣燃料比的主要原因為引擎的行程數 ， 其次才是排氣管有無裝製觸媒轉化器。就 CO 與HC濃度而言 ，最高為二行 程無觸媒轉化器之機車 ，次高為二行程有觸媒轉化器之機車，再其次為四行 程無觸媒轉化器之機車 ，最低為四行程有觸媒轉化器之機車 。CO濃度最大 差距為3.2:1 ；HC濃度最大差距為 25.5:1 ；不過就溫室氣體排放量而言 ，其 排放量順序正好相反 ，差異在0.63~1.0 之間 。 關鍵字 ：總碳濃度 、機車檢測、移動污染源 、空氣污染、排放因子 Study on the Reasonability of Measurements of Motorcycle Exhausted Gas Abstract In this study, the total carbon concentration (TCC) was suggested as an performance indicator to help examinees of motorcycle checking points to screen out any abnormal measurements through the routine motorcycle exhausted gas checking. Methodology of TCC value calculation and its relationship between total carbon concentration and air to fuel ratio (A/F) were developed in this study form the data measured in Taipei County, January, 2005.Research results show that under reasonable TCC range, the TC, CO and HC values of motorcycle exhausted gas measured on road sides are significantly lower than those measured in motorcycle checking points while the A/F ration is higher . Weather such difference is related to sampling error is yet to verified. In addition, the stroke pattern of motorcycle engines is found to be more dominating in affecting concentrations of TC, CO, CO2 and HC than catalytic converters.
