大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗小儿病毒性脑炎临床效果研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨静脉注射大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床效果。方法 选取2013年1月～2016年9月我院儿科收治诊断为病毒性脑炎的患儿60例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，各30例，两组患儿在常规治疗的基础上，治疗组加用静脉滴注丙种球蛋白。比较两组患儿在发热缓解时间、抽搐停止时间、神志转清时间及住院的总天数，比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率，观察临床治疗效果。结果 治疗组加用静脉滴注丙种球蛋白治疗后，在发热缓解时间、抽搐停止时间、意识转清时间及住院的总天数均短于对照组（P0.05），治疗组总有效率为96.7%，明显高于对照组的63.3%（P0.01）。结论 大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗病毒性脑炎在改善临床症状及体征方面，均有较明显的效果，能减少住院天数。 　　[关键词]小儿；病毒；脑炎；丙种球蛋白 　　[中图分类号] R373.3+1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（b）-0126-03 　　The clinical effect of high dose gamma globulin in the treatment of viral encephalitis in children 　　LIU Peng 　　PICU，People′s Hospital of Meizhou City in Guangdong Province，Meizhou 514031，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intravenous injection of large dose of gamma globulin in children with viral encephalitis.Methods 60 cases of children with viral encephalitis were admitted to the department of pediatrics from January 2013 to September 2016，they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，30 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment in two groups，the treatment group was given intravenous infusion of gamma globulin.The total effective rate of the two groups were compared and the curative effect was observed by comparing the time of fever relief，the time to stop seizure，the time of turning consciousness and the total days of hospitalization.Results In the treatment group，the time of fever relief，the time of seizure，the turn of consciousness and the total number of days of hospitalization were shorter than those of control group（P0.05），the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%，higher than that of control group of 63.3%（P0.01）.Conclusion Large doses of gamma globulin in the treatment of viral encephalitis in the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs，it has more significant effect，it can reduce the number of hospital days. 　　[Key words]Children；Viral；Encephalitis；Gamma globulin 　　病毒性脑炎是指急性中枢系统感染，由病毒引起，病毒种类较多，病情有轻重，严重程度取决于脑膜或脑实质受累的相对程度。一般?硭担?病毒性脑炎
