PAGE . . . 毕业论文 题 目 寿光蔬菜产业发展的现状与对策研究 学 院 经济学院 专 业 国际经济与贸易 班 级 国贸0703 学 生 学 号 指导教师 二〇一一年五月二十三日 摘 要 山东省寿光市是我国冬暖式温室的发祥地，是我国蔬菜革命的摇篮，有“中国一号菜园子”之称。现在寿光的蔬菜生产基地已发展到80多万亩，年产优质蔬菜40多亿公斤。借助蔬菜种植的优势，寿光市衍生和吸收聚集了一大批上、下游产业，以及相关的服务机构，已经建成全国典型的蔬菜产业集群，促进了寿光农业科技创新、产业结构调整,提高了寿光农民的收入水平。为我国很多地区蔬菜产业的发展带去了成功的经验。但是，寿光蔬菜产业集群的发展中仍然存在很多问题，如自主研发能力不足，缺乏核心竞争力；蔬菜加工企业数量少，规模小，蔬菜深加工技术落后；蔬菜生产标准不完善，卫生安全性有待提高。针对以上问题，文章提出解决对策：自主研发高科技种子，提高蔬菜产业发展的科技含量；提高企业蔬菜深加工能力，实施品牌战略；推行蔬菜标准化生产，保证蔬菜的卫生安全。通过解决以上问题，充分发挥蔬菜这一支柱产业对寿光市经济、文化、社会等方面的贡献作用。 关键词：蔬菜产业；优势条件；问题；对策 ABSTRACT ShouGuang, a city in Shandong province, is the birthplace of DongNuanShi greenhouse, the cradle of vegetable revolution in China. People regard as the No.1 garden” in China. Now Shouguang Vegetables Base has developed to 80 million mu, with an annual output quality more than 40 million kg vegetables.With the advantage of vegetable planting, ShouGuangShi has absorbed and gathered a large number of upstream and downstream industries as well as related services organizations.The typical industry cluster based on vegetables have been established.The development of industrial cluster hass promoted the innovation of agricultural science and technology, pushed forward the industrial structure adjustment, and improved farmers income level, which brings successful experience for the development of industrial clusters in many Chinese agricultural regions. But, there still exist many problems in the development of vegetables industrial cluster in Shouguang, such as the insufficiency in independent research and development capacity, lack of core competitiveness; less vegetables processing enterprise, small scale, backard technology in further processing; inperfect standard in vegetable production; health safety to be improved.
