PAGE PAGE 19 本科毕业论文 论文题目：我国中小企业融资问题探讨 学生姓名： 成 英 露 学 号： 0 9 0 6 9 9 1 3 4 1 专 业： 工 商 管 理 班 级： 0 9 0 1 指导教师： 张 完 定 完成日期： 2013年05月05日 内容摘要 改革开放以来，中小企业越来越成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分和社会发展的中坚力量。但中小企业面临的市场环境让然不容乐观，中小企业发展依然受到筹资难，融资难的制约。小企业作为活跃市场的基本力量,容纳了社会上大多数的就业人员,在促进经济增长及解决就业和再就业过程中,发挥着重要作用。中小企业的发展需要强有力的金融支持，但由于企业自身和我国经济体制等多方面的原因，致使我国中小企业普遍存在的融资难的问题，融资难造成中小企业融资方式单一，融资渠道狭隘，融资结构存在许多缺陷。融资难严重制约了我国中小企业的发展速度。目前的全球经济危机对我国中小企业的生存和发展产生了很大的影响，不少中小企业因为缺乏资金，面临着即将倒闭的困境，而且从更长远的角度来看，融资难问题已经成为阻碍中小企业发展的主要原因。想要解决中小企业生存和发展上的障碍，能够想尽办法解决中小企业融资问题，无疑是一条有效的途径。在当前经济发展的情况下，采取什么样的办法解决中小企业的融资问题是值得我们去探讨的。 本文着重研究了我国中小企业融资的现状并针对融资过程中存在的问题，分析原因，探索解决对策，就如何改善中小企业融资现状、拓宽其融资渠道提出一些建议，来解决我国中小企业融资问题，加快我国中小企业的 发展，促进我国国民 经济的发展。 关键词：中小企业 融资 现状 对策 Our country small and medium-sized enterprise financing issues discussed in this paper Abstract Since the reform and opening, small and medium-sized enterprises more and more become an important part of our national economy and social development of the backbone.
