成人心理弹性量表在陆军中的应用 彭 李，李 敏*，张佳佳，左 昕，缪 毅，许 莹，张 钰(400038重庆，第三军医大学护理学院心理学教研室) [摘要] 目的:用成人心理弹性量表在陆军样本中进行测量并对其信效度进行检验。方法:采用成人心理弹性量表(Resilience Scale for Adults, RSA)、心理弹性量表（Connor-Davidson resilience scale, CD-RISC）、症状自评量表（symptom check list,SCL-90）对2000名官兵进行抽样调查。结果:①通过探索性因素分析，RSA量表保留了25个题目，包括4个因子(个人能力、家庭凝聚力、社会支持、社会能力)。②RSA各因子之间相关显著，相关系数在0.409~0.546之间；各因子与量表总分相关显著，相关系数在0.694~0.901之间；RSA各因子分及总分与CD-RISC量表各因子分及总分显著正相关（r = 0.471~0.752,P 0.01），与SCL-90总分显著负相关（r = -0.349~ -0.546,P0.01）。③验证性因素分析支持了假设的四因子模型，与实测数据拟合良好。结论 25题的陆军心理弹性量表具有良好的信度和效度,适合用于测量陆军的心理弹性。 [关键词] 军人；心理弹性；信度；效度；因素结构 The Application of the Resilience Scale for Adults in Chinese Army Peng Li, Li Min, Zhang Jiajia, Zuo Xin, Miao Yi, Xu Ying, Zhang Yu(The Psychology Department of Third Military Medical University, = Chongqing, 400038, China) [Abstract] Objective: To develop a Resilience Scale for Adults for Chinese army and examine the reliability and validity of this scale. Methods: Resilience Scale for Adults, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and Symptom Check List were surveyed in 2000 military personnel. Results: ①The results of exploratory factor analysis indicated that 25 items of RSA should be retained, including four factors of personal competence, family cohesion, social support and social competence. ②The correlations among the factors range from 0.409 to 0.546, and the correlation between the factors and the scale range from 0.694 to 0.901; The RSA scale correlated positively with CD-RISC (r = 0.471-0.752) and negatively with SCL-90(r = -0.349--0.546) at 0.01 level. ③According to the results of confirmatory factor analysis, the sample data fitted better to the hypothesized structure of four factors. The Resilience Scale for Adults of 25 items for Chinese army possesses good reliability and validity, and can be applied to predict the resilience of the army.
