The level of its management has become the first factor that restricts the survival and development of enterprises, and the quality, schedule and cost control are the most important management points. In this paper, taking the construction project as an example, combined with the actual situation, the detailed design of the construction scheme of each sub-item of the project is carried out. Based on the basic theoretical knowledge of schedule control, from the perspective of project managers, the whole process of the project from start-up preparation to completion acceptance is systematically planned and designed, and the progress plan is analyzed by using the crossing chart, and specific measures to ensure the implementation of the progress plan are put forward according to the actual situation. And quality and safety, strict technical and organizational measures have been formulated, common problems and key problems in construction projects have been planned, and corresponding management organizations have been established to ensure that the quality and safety plan can be well realized. ?
