摘 要 投标文件是指具备承担招标项目的能力的投标人按照招标文件要求体例的 呼应文件，在投标文件中应当对招标文件提出实质性要求并作出回应。本毕业 设计是以某市滨河花园居民改建工程项目作为案例制作投标文件，通过广联达 软件建立钢筋模型、土建模型以及清单计价等来制定投标文件。 本次的毕业设计是某市滨河花园居民改建工程投标文件的编制，通过本次 毕业设计，结合基础和专业知识学习，还有前面的实习，可以将所学的知识运 用于实践，用来解决实际问题。该设计的商务标包括法定代表人的身份证明、 法人的授权委托书、手工算量、模型的建立等。钢筋算量软件建立钢筋模型，GCL 土建算量软件套做法然后导入 GBQ 。技术标包括施工总体部署及施工准备、施 工平面布置及管理、施工组织及进度计划、主要分项工程施工方案等。技术标 是本次设计的重点，通过参考建筑工程消耗量定额计算整个工程所需要的工期， 通过导入 5D 软件获得整个项目的模拟过程。该工程计划工期 257 天，总造价 4157075.59 。掌握技术标和商务标部分的标书编制使我们必备的技术，编制标书 是企业参加投标，获得工程所必要的，做标书使我们参加工作的时候所具备的 基本能力，本次设计对我们今后的工作大有裨益。 关键词：标书；商务标；技术标；工程量；施工方案 I Abstract The bidding document refers to the response document of the bidder who has the ability to undertake the bidding project in accordance with the requirements of the bidding document .In the bidding document,the bidder shall put forward substantive requirements and respond to the bidding document.This graduation project is to take a Riverside Garden residential reconstruction project of a city as a case to prepare the bidding documents,project ,Using GCL GGJ GBQ project,Menglong bim5d and other software of Guanglianda to compile the graduation design tender.
