互联网企业财务风险的分析与防范——以腾讯公司为例 【摘要】随着互联网企业在当下的网络时代中不断发展壮大，越来越成为我国经济 发展中不可或缺的组成部分。财务风险会影响互联网企业继续生存还是走向灭亡。 互联网企业在发展的过程中可能会出现严重的财产危机并陷入财产困境中，它的致 命后果可能会使公司破产。那么，企业应如何及时的针对出现的财务风险并有效的 加以防范，以保证企业稳步的发展下去成为了互联网企业财务管理者的首要任务。 本文首先对互联网企业财务风险进行总体论述，介绍研究意义、研究背景、研 究思路和方法、财务风险的含义、互联网企业概述以及互联网企业财务风险的防范 策略；其次以腾讯公司为例对互联网企业面临的财务风险进行财务风险分析和影响 因素分析；最后针对腾讯公司存在的问题提出防范措施。 【关键词】互联网企业 腾讯公司 财务风险 防范措施 Analysis and prevention of financial risks of Internet enterprises-Take the Tencent Inc as an example 【Abstract 】 With the continuous development and growth of Internet enterprises in the current Internet era, it has increasingly become an indispensable part of Chinas economic development. Financial risk will affect the survival or death of Internet enterprises. During the development of Internet enterprises, there may be a serious property crisis and fall into the property predicament. Its fatal consequences may cause the company to go bankrupt. Therefore, how to timely and effectively prevent financial risks and ensure the steady development of enterprises has become the primary task of financial managers of Internet enterprises. This paper first describes the Internet enterprise financial risk to a general, this pa per introduced the research significance, the research background, research ideas an d methods, the meaning of the financial risk of the overview and the Internet, the Int ernet enterprise financial risk prevention strategy. Then, taking tencent as an examp le, financial risk analysis and influencing factors analysis are carried out for the fina ncial risks faced by Internet enterprises.
