怀集县农村小学教育调查报告 摘要：农村小学教育问题一直是我国当今社会重点关注的热点问 题，在当前，我国的农村小学教育水平仍然比较低下，相对于城市小 学教育仍存在较大的差距。此次以怀集县农村小学为调研对象，进行 问卷调查和实地调研，针对农村小学教育教育资金投入不足、教学设 施落后、规模发展不平衡、课程设置不合理、教师队伍力量薄弱、留 守儿童的教育等问题进行一个详细的了解，并根据这些问题的成因， 有针对性的提出一些可行的解决措施，例如加大教育资金投入、引进 社会资本、均衡教育资源、提高教师待遇水平、引进优质教师、加强 教师队伍建设、进行家校联合教育模式等。通过对怀集县农村小学教 育的调查和分析，为解决我国的农村小学教育问题提供一个新的思路。 关键词：农村；小学教育；城乡差距；公平教育 Investigation Report on Rural Primary Education in Huaiji County Abstract ：Rural primary education has always been the focus of attention in our society,at present,the level of rural primary education in China is still relatively low,there is still a big gap between urban primary education and urban primary education.The primary school in rural areas of Huaiji County as the research object,through the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,aiming at the shortage of rural primary school education education funds、the teaching facilities are backward 、the scale of the unbalanced development 、the curriculum is unreasonable 、the power of teachers is weak 、education of Left-behind Children、to make a detailed understanding of them,and according to the causes of these problems 、 to Put forward some feasible measures to solve,for example,increase investment in education funds 、 introducing social capital、balanced educational resources 、improving the treatment level of teachers 、introducing quality teachers 、strengthening the construction of teachers 、 Carrying out the model of Home-School joint education.Investigation and analysis of rural primary education in Huaiji County,to provide a new way of thinking for solving the problem of rural primary education in China.
