This article is based on the STM32 microcontroller and designs and implements a multifunctional intelligent bracelet, aiming to provide practical and convenient health management services for people. Firstly, the article introduces the concept of intelligent bracelets and their importance in the field of health management, while also providing a detailed introduction to the characteristics and structure of the STM32 microcontroller. Secondly, this article elaborates on the overall design concept and implementation plan of the intelligent bracelet, including hardware design, system software design, and communication module design. In terms of hardware design, the article provides a detailed introduction to the selection of various functional modules and circuit design details, especially the temperature sensor module and motion sensor module of the bracelet, which have been analyzed and optimized in detail. In terms of software design, various functions of the bracelet were implemented, including motion monitoring, heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, SMS reminder, remote control, and other functions.
