8.1Thegoodsshallbepackedortightenedforlongdistanceoceantransportationandwell

protectedagainstdampness,moisture,shock,rustandroughhandling.Thesellershallbeliableforanydamagetothegoodsonaccountofimproperpackingandforanyrustdamageattributabletoinadequateorimproperprotection.Incaseofs

uchdamage,anydirectexpensesincurredinconsequencethereofshallbebornebythesellerinordertorepairortoreplacethegoods.Thebuyershallprovideadequatestorageafterunloadingthegoods.

卖方应为其货物作结实包装，以适合长距离海上运输、防潮、防湿、防震、防锈

和耐粗暴搬运。由于卖方承受不充分或不妥当的防护措施而造成货物的任何损坏和/或锈损，卖方应担当由此产生的直接用于修理和更换的费用和损失。买方在卸货后应供给足够的存储场地。
