本次设计项目为钢梁便桥,项目位置位于三星厂区内,根据九冶施工单位施工组织方案,

需设置5处钢便桥临时工程,桥位分别位于PCU1、PCU1、PCU2、PCU3、PCU4、PCU5区。上

部结构为六四式军用战备钢梁,桥面板采用成品钢桥面板(工字钢及钢板组合),下部为桩基础。

1、本次桥梁设计为厂区内临时通行桥梁,上部结构采用7片成品六四式军用钢梁支撑,桥面

采用成品花纹钢板桥面(工字钢加钢板组合)。下部结构为柱式桥台,桩基础。桥梁宽度净6m。9

2、军用梁采用六四式铁路军用梁铺设。六四式铁路军用梁是我国自行研制的中等跨度适用的

一种铁路桥梁抢修制式器材,是一种全焊构架、单层或双层的多片式、钢桥面体系的拆装式上承钢

桁梁,施工工期短,施工方便。本设计采用单层结构,选用加强型单层六四式军用梁(由加强三角架

和辅助端构架组合而成)。··························································································································9·

3、本项目每片军用梁由2.24m的等高端构件和4m的标准构件组成,每片桁架梁宽0.52m。六

四式军用梁横向中心间距为0.913m拼装。军用梁顶面与桥面板之间铺设一层橡胶隔板或牛毛毡,避

免钢性接触。下部结构桥台采用桩基础接盖梁,桩基础采用三根0.7m钻孔灌注桩。·························9·

4、上部结构:军用钢梁采用组合结构,由标准三角及弦杆连接拼装,各部钢梁由横向拉结弦杆

连接为整体形势,梁板组合后采用钢板及工字钢组合的成品体形成桥面,成品钢板面板(工字钢和

钢板组合的桥面,工字钢之间用加劲板连接形成整体),护栏为成品组装护栏。····························9·

5、下部结构:桥台采用桩柱式桥台,宽1.4米,背墙厚度0.4,桥台盖梁高度1.0m,桥墩采用

柱式桥墩,桩基直径0.7m。按三根布置在桥台盖梁之下,桥梁桥台桩基采用钻孔灌注桩形式。···9·
