?????HisMajestyKingBhumibolAdulyadejhasbeenpleasantlypleasedtoproclaimthatitwasexpedienttoimprovethelawgoverningthebusinessoperationofforeigners.

?????ThisActhassomeprovisionsrelatingtotherestrictionoftherightsandlibertyofindividualsbutbyimplicationofSection29inconjunctionwithSection35andSection50oftheConstitutionoftheKingdomofThailand,therestrictioncanbeimplementedbyvirtueofthelaw.

?????ByandwiththeadviceandconcurrenceoftheParliament,HisMajestytheKinggraciouslyorderedtheenactmentofthisActasfollows:

?????Section1.ThisActshallbecalledtheForeignBusinessAct1999.

?????Section2.ThisActshallcomeintoforceimmediatelyafterthelapseofthe90dayperiodthatcommencesonthedateofitspublicationintheGovernmentGazette.

?????Section3.Thefollowingshallberepealed:
