长虹集团财务报表的分析研究

摘要

随着我国经济的发展，现代企业的管理人员，投资者和政府部门都需要了解企业的财务状况和经济成果，以达到各自的目的和要求。这使得财务报表分析极为重要。对财务报表进行剖析，是指要会计人通过企业所公开公示的财务报告中的各项相关的重要财务指标，对企业这段会计期间内的财务状况和经营成果进行一个专业并且充分的有效分析跟正确评估，以此来获取企业资本结构、财务状况及发展趋势等一系列经济信息，进而对企业接下来的决策和战略提供重要的参考。本文以长虹集团公司为例。首先，对企业自身和其发展状况进行一个简单的介绍，通过企业财务报表对当中一些重要项目和数据进行分析，紧接着通过公司各项财务指标对企业发展状况作更进一步分析，再通过杜邦分析找出指标变化的根源，最后根据分析得出结论，对长虹集团公司存在的问题提出相应建议。

Abstract

WiththedevelopmentofChinaseconomy,managers,investorsandgovernmentdepartmentsofmodernenterprisesneedtounderstandthefinancialstatusandeconomicresultsofenterprisesinordertoachievetheirrespectivepurposesandrequirements.Thismakestheanalysisoffinancialstatementsextremelyimportant.Financialstatementanalysisistoanalyzeandevaluatethefinancialstatusandoperatingresultsoftheenterprisethroughthefinancialindicatorsintheenterprisefinancialreport,soastoobtainaseriesofeconomicinformationsuchasthecapitalstructure,financialstatusanddevelopmenttrendoftheenterprise,andthenprovideimportantreferenceforthesubsequentdecision-makingandstrategyoftheenterprise.Thispapertakeschanghonggroupcompanyasanexample.First,abriefintroductionismadetotheenterpriseitselfanditsdevelopmentstatus,andsomeimportantitemsanddataareanalyzedthroughthefinancialstatementsoftheenterprise,followedbythecompanysfinancialindicatorsonthedevelopmentoftheenterprisefurtheranalysis,andthenthroughDuPontanalysistofindoutthesourceofthechangesinindicators,Finally,accordingtotheanalysisofthecorrespondingconclusions,ChangHongGroupappliancesCompanyexistingproblemsputforwardthecorrespondingrecommendations.
