春雪食品营运资金管理研究

摘要

本文以春雪食品公司为例，深入探讨了其营运资金管理的现状、问题及改善建议，研究发现，春雪食品在营运资金方面存在应收账款过多、应付账款积压、存货周转缓慢以及过度依赖短期借款等问题。这些问题不仅影响了公司的资金流动性，也增加了公司的财务风险。

针对这些问题，本文提出了一系列改善建议，通过优化应收账款管理制度，加强信用管理，提高应收账款的回收效率；合理控制存货周转速度，优化库存结构，降低存货成本；拓宽融资渠道，降低对短期借款的依赖，增强公司的资金稳定性；建立健全营运资金管理制度，规范资金使用流程，提高资金使用的效率和安全性。通过这些改善措施的实施，有望有效解决春雪食品在营运资金管理方面存在的问题，提升公司的资金管理水平，为公司的稳健发展奠定坚实基础。

Abstract

TakingChunxueFoodCompanyasanexample,thispaperdeeplydiscussesthecurrentsituation,problemsandimprovementsuggestionsofitsworkingcapitalmanagement,andfindsthatChunxueFoodhasmanyproblemsinworkingcapital,suchasexcessivereceivables,accountspayablebacklog,slowinventoryturnoverandexcessivedependenceonshort-termborrowing.Theseproblemsnotonlyaffectthecompanyscapitalliquidity,butalsoincreasethecompanysfinancialrisk.

Inviewoftheseproblems,thispaperputsforwardaseriesofimprovementsuggestions,byoptimizingtheaccountsreceivablemanagementsystem,strengthenthecreditmanagement,improvethereceivablesrecoveryefficiency,reasonablycontroltheinventoryturnoverspeed,optimizetheinventorystructure,reducetheinventorycost;broadenthefinancingchannels,reducethedependenceonshort-termborrowing,enhancethecapitalstabilityofthecompany;establishandimprovetheworkingcapitalmanagementsystem,standardizetheprocessoffunduse,andimprovetheefficiencyandsecurityofcapitaluse.Throughtheimplementationoftheseimprovementmeasures,itisexpectedtoeffectivelysolvetheproblemsexistingintheworkingcapitalmanagementofSpringSnowFood,improvethelevelofthecompanyscapitalmanagement,andlayasolidfoundationforthesteadydevelopmentofthecompany.
