新华制药应收账款管理存在的问题及对策探析
摘要
在市场经济中，相对于其他行业而言，医药行业是一个较为特殊的行业，在药企改革不断深入的当今时代，医药流通行业呈现出“多、小、散”的特点，产品和服务难以产生差异化，市场竞争激烈。为稳定市场地位的同时逐步增加市场占有率，医药流通企业销售方式之一，信用销售占比较高。，行业应收账款规模呈现逐年增加的趋势。该方式虽然会增加销量，但却会造成经营成本过高，也会导致现金流短缺，为企业带来巨大的财务风险，因此，对应收账款的管理是至关重要的。
本文对应收账款管理理论进行深入研究，对新华制药公司应收账款管理的合理及有效性进行分析，发现其目前管理存在的问题，最后，结合医药流通行业竞争形势，以及新华制药公司内部发展需要，针对新华制药公司应收账款管理现存问题提出改善建议，旨在优化应收账款管理流程，提升新华制药公司应收账款管理质量。

Inthemarketeconomy,comparedwithotherindustries,thepharmaceuticalindustryisarelativelyspecialindustry.Inthecurrenteraofthedeepeningreformofpharmaceuticalenterprises,thepharmaceuticalcirculationindustrypresentsthecharacteristicsofmany,smallandscattered,anditisdifficultforproductsandservicestodifferentiate,andthemarketcompetitionisfierce.Inordertostabilizethemarketpositionandgraduallyincreasethemarketshare,oneofthesalesmethodsofpharmaceuticalcirculationenterprisesaccountsforarelativelyhighcreditsales.,Thescaleofindustryreceivablesshowsatrendofincreasingyearbyyear.Althoughthismethodwillincreasethesalesvolume,itwillcausehighoperatingcosts,butalsoleadtotheshortageofcashflow,andbringhugefinancialrisksfortheenterprise.Therefore,themanagementofaccountsreceivableisveryimportant.
