摘要

科技型中小企业的发展一直以来都备受关注，尤其在“十四五”时期，国家进一步强调高质量发展，科技型中小企业的地位不言而喻。随着国家紧锣密鼓的推出一系列利好科技型中小企业的政策，使之再度走入舞台中央。不但为社会创造了大量的就业岗位，还为人才提供了施展自身的平台，推动了科技的创新也稳定了经济的增长。科技型中小企业在发展过程中，受到高风险高收益，发展速度快等特征影响，决定了其在融资中存在不少问题，融资方式也不能与传统企业相提并论。本文以河南蓝奥智能科技有限公司为研究对象，针对河南蓝奥智能科技有限公司发展过程中面临的融资问题进行了深入分析。分析了企业发展过程中存在的问题，结合企业自身情况进行分析，并对此提出相关建议。为科技型中小企业融资问题的解决提供了一些可借鉴的思路，增强了这类企业融资的可能性，促进我国科技型中小企业的健康发展。
