摘要

人才是企业最为宝贵的活资产，也是企业赖以生存和发展的重要资源和有力保障，亦是企业在行业中保持其核心竞争力的源泉之所在。为了获取适宜的人才，企业必须注重人力资源管理工作，包括引才、育才、用才、激才、留才。引才，顾名思义，即是员工招聘，这是获取人才的重要环节。但是由于各种各样的原因，我国大部分企业的员工招聘出现了许多问题。尤其是对于我国的中小企业来说，因为本身的规模小的特征以及各种各样的其他的原因，很难吸引到优秀的人才前来应聘。招聘管理工作可谓是困难重重，企业很难招到适合空缺岗位的人才。因此，制定出一份有效的招聘管理策略，改进招聘管理工作的效率，对于中小企业来讲，具有非常重要的作用和现实意义。

ABSTRACT

Talentisthemostvaluablelivingassetofanenterprise,isalsoanimportantresourceandstrongguaranteeforthesurvivalanddevelopmentofenterprises,andisalsothesourceoftheenterprisetomaintainitscorecompetitivenessintheindustry.Inordertoobtainsuitabletalents,enterprisesmustpayattentiontohumanresourcemanagement,includingattractingtalents,cultivatingtalents,usingtalents,stimulatingtalentsandretainingtalents.Talentrecruitment,asthenamesuggests,isemployeerecruitment,whichisanimportantlinktoacquiretalent.However,duetovariousreasons,therearemanyproblemsintheemployeerecruitmentofmostenterprisesinChina.EspeciallyforChinassmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,becauseofitssmallscalecharacteristicsandavarietyofotherreasons,itisdifficulttoattractexcellenttalentstoapplyforjobs.Recruitmentmanagementissodifficultthatitisdifficultforcompaniestorecruittalentssuitableforvacantpositions.Therefore,itisofgreatimportanceandpracticalsignificanceforsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisestodevelopaneffectiverecruitmentmanagementstrategyandimprovetheefficiencyofrecruitmentmanagementwork.
