摘要
目的：本文旨在深入调查某社区颈椎病患者对康复治疗的认知程度以及他们对居家康复的需求。方法：通过问卷调查，收集了关于颈椎病患者康复治疗认知、态度、需求等方面的数据。结果：大部分颈椎病患者对康复治疗有一定的认知，但仍有部分患者对治疗方法、效果等存在疑虑。同时，大部分患者表示有居家康复的需求，他们认为居家康复具有方便、灵活、个性化的优势。然而，也有部分患者担心居家康复的效果和安全性。结论：本文建议加强颈椎病患者对康复治疗的认知教育，提高他们对居家康复的信任度和参与度。同时，医疗机构和康复中心也应提供更多元化、个性化的居家康复服务，以满足患者的不同需求。最终，通过综合干预和持续指导，帮助颈椎病患者更好地恢复颈椎功能，提高生活质量。

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:Thepurposeofthispaperistoconductanin-depthsurveyonthecognitivelevelofcervicalspondylosispatientsinacommunityregardingrehabilitationtreatmentandtheirneedsforhomerehabilitation.METHODS:Dataoncervicalspondylosispatientsknowledge,attitudes,andneedsforrehabilitationtherapywerecollectedthroughaquestionnairesurvey.RESULTS:Mostpatientswithcervicalspondylosishadsomeknowledgeofrehabilitationtreatment,butsomestillhaddoubtsabouttreatmentmethodsandeffects.Meanwhile,mostofthepatientsexpressedtheneedforhomerehabilitation,whichtheybelievedhadtheadvantagesofconvenience,flexibility,andpersonalization.However,somepatientswerealsoconcernedabouttheeffectivenessandsafetyofhomerehabilitation.CONCLUSION:Thispapersuggestsstrengtheningthecognitiveeducationofcervicalspondylosispatientsaboutrehabilitationtherapyandincreasingtheirtrustandparticipationinhomerehabilitation.Atthesametime,medicalinstitutionsandrehabilitationcentersshouldprovidemorediversifiedandpersonalizedhomerehabilitationservicestomeetthedifferentneedsofpatients.Ultimately,throughcomprehensiveinterventionsandcontinuousguidance,wecanhelpcervicalspondylosispatientsbetterrecovertheircervicalspinefunctionandimprovetheirqualityoflife.
