包头市北郊污水厂污水资源化利用可行性研究_精品.doc

包头市北郊污水厂污水资源化利用可行性研究 摘 要 本论文通过分析国内外城市污水回用现状及存在问题，针对包头市水资源严重短缺和污水再利用的情况，寻求解决污水资源化利用的有效途径。根据包头市水资源规划情况，调研了包头市北郊污水厂二级出水水质及主要用户的水质要求，通过对深度处理技术的比较选择，结合包头市冬季时间长、气温低的特点，确定北郊污水资源化利用的工艺方案为：絮凝—沉淀—过滤。在确定个构筑物尺寸及工艺参数后，对该方案进行环境、社会和经济效益的分析及经济评价，证明该方案具有可行性。经静态投资估算及经济评价后可得出结论：在销售水价为1.0元/吨的基础上，处理水量达到设计水量的29.5%后即可实现收益，即该方案具有较好的经济效益。 关键词： 污水资源化 可行性研究 V型滤池 经济评价 Feasibility Study For Reuse of Baotou Beijiao Wastewater Treatment Plant Effluent Abstract By analyzing the recycling state of sewage and problems home and abroad, this thesis seeks a effective way to make the reuse of reclaimed water come true, on account of the sever shortage of water resource in Baotou. According to the strategies of water resource in Baotou, this thesis surveys the quality of effluent of Beijiao Waste Water Treatment Plant and the quality of water requirement of the main subscribers. By comparing the technology of Tertiary Treatment, confirming the technology of the reclamation of sewage in Beijiao Waste Water Treatment Plant is: flocculation—sedimentation—filtration, based on the long-winter, low- temperature character of Baotou. In determine the sizes and process parameters of these structures, the environmental and social assessment, economic evaluation tell us that: the project is feasible. After the estimation of static investment and economic evaluation, we can get the conclusion: Based on the sales price of 1.0 yuan/t, the water amount treated get to 95% of the design value, gains can be realized. So the project has good economic benefits.
