摘要 随着国家基本建设的规模越来越大,需要的物品的质量、体积和起升高度都越来越大,相应的对于支腿的要求也越来越高。而目前国内为了支腿,常采用的方法是通过水平仪或操作员的感觉,采取手动调平,将支腿全伸。显然,这种调平方法不精确,存在一定的缺陷。针对这一情况,希望通过自动调平的支腿控制技术来决这一问题。自动调平的支腿控制技术,先将支腿全伸,然后通过对水平仪传感过来的信息进行数据处理,控制个支腿的伸缩来实现支腿调平。通过设置支腿受力传感器,保证支腿调平时四支腿受力均匀。在支腿液压系统中,垂直液压缸必须安装液压锁,以防止其作业时发生软腿现象,导致倾覆;而且还可以保证其行驶时,不会掉腿由于本人水平有限,在设计的过程中遇到了一些困难,但在老师的帮助下,我不但顺利地完成了本次设计,而且使自己发现问题和独立思考问题以及解决问题的能力得到了提高。当然本次设计其中也有些不足之处,本人愿与各位老师共同探讨,使本次设计更加完善。 支腿;支腿的结构;支腿的控制技术;支腿液压系统。 ABSTRACT With the large dimensions of our national capital construction, the quality, the volume and the raising altitude of the objects is becoming bigger and bigger, the corresponding requirement of the leg to the forklift is also higher and higher. According to this situation, I hope to solve this problem through adjusting flat propping up the control technology of leg.The automatic flat adjusting control technology of the propping up leg is to stretch all the vertical prop up legs first, then process data that sensing from the level, control the flexibility of the single prop up leg to realize it is flat .Through setting up receive strength transducer of the prop up leg to guarantee pieces of leg adjust four legs receive strength to be even at ordinary times vertically. In the automobile crane prop up hydraulic system of outrigger, it’s necessary for vertical hydraulic jar to install pressure hydraulic lock, in order to prevent soft leg phenomenon from leading to the slope of the hoist , and can also guarantee it will not lose the leg while going .Because of the own limited level, I met some difficulties during the process of designing, but with the help of Mr. Huang, I have not only finished this design smoothly, but also improve the ability of discovering the problems and thinking independently to solve the problem.
