* * If you don’t plan your time you will never be in control. Estimate the time you need for each task - in the same way that you estimate how much money you have to spent for buying something. Set and keep a time limit - in the same way that you limit your expenses for buying something You will be working much more concentrated if you have given yourself a certain time frame for completing a task. The time frame will help you to avoid disturbance more consequently. * * * Time: 10 mins 1. Why we should have a calendar? Lots of people said:I wish I’d done it sooner./Keep things track./life will be easier./get things done./know where I’m supposed to be - get it right the first time around 2. What kind of things need to write down? Reminders of everything from birthdays to business meetings(notes, expenses, and work accomplished). You may have a department meeting every Thursdays afternoon that you will never forget. But if you haven’t written it down and someone asks to an appointment, it is easy to forget that Thursday afternoon is booked. What is your backup? Write urgent “to do” items in red. Make appointments with yourself (progress task) book a phone appointment and write them down with detail informations Notes: using only one at a time!Keep enough space! 3. What time is right time to note and check the calendar? Book something and note it on the calendar immediately. Check your calendar every day.(for better planning, do it the night before when you create your “to do” list.)
