摘要
随着全球经济的快速发展,人力资源管理在企业管理中越来越重要,作为人力资源管理系统中的关键环节——绩效管理更是受到企业的重视。与此同时,处于核心地位的绩效考核,也越来越受到企业的关注,并成为企业人力资源管理的重点。
目前,越来越多的企业在实施绩效考核时采用关键绩效指标(KPI)法,但在实践中都遇到到一个重要问题,即如何合理、有效地设计KPI。本文利用有关绩效考核的基本理论和知识,探讨了KPI在绩效考核中的运用方式,以及如何在实践中建立以KPI为核心的绩效考核体系。在以上基础上,本文就SGNEC公司的绩效考核现状进行分析,找出问题所在,并提出解决方案,最后对方案的可行性做出了评价。

Abstract
Along with global economy fast developing,human rsources management inbusiness management is more and more important .Performance management which is the Key link of the human resources management system is especially attached importance to by enterprise.Among this,the performance measurement which is in the core position is also more and more paid more attention by the enterprise;and already become the key point of the enterprise human resources management.Pergormance measurement Inicators setting almost is the key of designing the Performance measurement system.
The KPI(Key Performance Indicators) method is more and more adopted when the enterprise put performance measurement in practice increasingly.All of those owe to the two distinct characters of KPI.The first,KPI emphasizes that Performance measurement Indicators setting musst link up with the strategy of organization development.Second,KPI pays attention to the problems which most need thinking much of and solving in the organization at specific period.But a much important problem is often came down to in practice,it is that how to design a reasonable and effective KPI.How to apply KPI in performance measurement and how to build a performance measurement system whose core is KPI.
Thefore,this paper proposes the basic theories and knowledge which correlate to performance measurement firstly.Second,it analyses the urrent status of SGNEC Company‘s performance measurement,finds the problems and gives projects to solve those problems.Finally,gives estimate to the feasibility of those projects.
