新医改形势下临床药师的地位和作用* 刘皋林 陈蓉** 上海交通大学附属第一人民医院药剂科，上海市海宁路100号 200080 [摘 要],与医师一起优化临床治疗方案,成为医院药学未来的发展趋势。我国临床药学事业发展与国外相比有较大的差距，临床药师在深入临床参与诊疗方面尤其困难。教育滞后，临床药师素质不足，政策保障不到位，医疗体制转型不成熟，成为阻碍临床药学发展的因素。新医疗体制改革的相关规定显示了政府推动合理用药的决心，安全、经济、有效的用药目标是未来的奋斗目标。临床药师们要从中看到自己未来的崇高地位，重视自己的作用，注重自身素质的培养，树立坚定的信念，积极投身到临床中去。政府可以首先就临床药师职业认证、劳资评定等制定政策，以优质的发展前景吸引人才。 [关键词] 医疗体制；改革；The position and function of clinical pharmacist in the situation of new Reform of China’s Health Care System LIU Gao-lin Chen Rong （Department of Pharmacy，The First Peoples Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai 200080, China) [ABSTRACT] Form the 10 years, the tradition concept and working patterns of hospital pharmacy have being undergoing profound changes. Clinical pharmacists take part in making clinical rational drug use and planning optimization clinical treatment with the doctors and nurses, which become a future development trend of hospital pharmacy. Compared with foreign countries, the development of clinical pharmacy in China is far more slow. It is particularly difficult that our clinical pharmacists go to ward to be involved in treatment. The lag of education, the shortage of clinical pharmacists’ quality, the unsound of policy protection, and the immature reform of health care system, all these factors hinder the development of clinical pharmacy. Some relevant provisions in the new health care system show that the government make up it’s mind to promote rational drug use. Safe, economical and effective drug using are our target in the future. Clinical pharmacist should see our lofty position, pay attention to our role. At this stage, we can establish a firm conviction and prepare ourselves, then actively participate the pharmacy enterprise. Government may draw up policy about clinical pharmacists’ professional certification and labor assessment at first., which provide beautiful future prospects and well-paid to attract more talent.
