摘 要
目前我国生产的数控机床包括从国外引进的数控机床,其配套用的控制系统占比例较大的有三个公司的产品:美国A-B公司、日本FANUC公司、德国SIEMENS公司。这些公司无论是哪个型号的产品,在软件方面都有很多的参数要进行设定。
以日本FANUC公司的6TB系统为例,它有294项参数要进行设定,其中有很多项的参数又是八位的,每一位都有其独立的含义。估算起来,一台数控机床就有近千个参数需要设定。这些参数设定的正确与否将直接影响机床的正常工作及其性能的充分发挥。因此了解和掌握这些参数无论是对机床制造厂还是对用户厂都是非常重要的。特别是用户厂如果能熟练地掌握和应用这些参数,将会使现有的数控机床的使用和性能的发挥上升到一个新水平。

Abstract
The numerically controlled machine that at present our country produces includes the numerically controlled machine which recommended from the abroad, and the brain of his forming a complete set or system usefulness occupies that the proportion bigger has three products of company: American A-B company, Japanese FANUC company and German SIEMENS company. No matter these companies is which product of model, in all has a lot of parameters to fix at the aspect of software. With the 6TB system of Japan FANUC company is the example, it has 294 parameters to be fixed, and among them has the parameter of a lot of and is 8, and per one all has his onboard meaning. Estimate that one Taiwan numerically controlled machine has near thousand parameters need to be fixed. That these parameters are fixed whether correctly the normal operations of machine tool and fully giving play to of his function will directly influence. No matter therefore to understand with these parameters of control is all is very important to the machine tool manufacturing plant or to the user factory. If especially user factory can skillfully grasp and apply these parameters, can make use and the function of now available numerically controlled machine give play to to a new standard.
