The system is mainly composed of three modules: the processing and conditioning analog signals module, the A / D converter module, the infrared transmission and signals display module. The design of this system is based on the LM324 op amp IC, ADC0809 converter, 8051 single-chip, 555 timer trigger, TSOP1738 infrared receiver ,digital display tubes (DPY) and other components. The working procedures are as follows: Firstly, the weak external analog signals can be converted, processed and conditioned to remove noise by certain circuits. Secondly, analog signals will be converted into digital signals and transmitted to the microcontroller by the A / D converter. Thirdly, the MCU will receive the digital signals that will be demodulated by the infrared emission circuit, and the infrared transmitter emits infrared light while the infrared receiver on the other side will receive the infrared light and demodulate it into digital signals. Finally, the digital signals will be transmitted to the microcontroller and the LED digital display signals. The system can transmit the analog signals around us to the computer. We can detect and control signals that we are concerned about though computer, and also observe the varying trends of the signals measured on the screen. This system uses the infrared technology as the means of data transmission, so we can not only cope with the general analog signals, but also can detect the industrial equipment parameters under the critical conditions of high pressure, strong radiation, toxic gases more reliably and effectively. Therefore, this system will also be used more and more extensively in industrial and agricultural production, health, military, scientific research and other fields.
