SDQ–4000P数控等离子切割机主传动系统 毕 业 设 计 如需图纸资料请联系QQ719918229 SDQ–4000P数控等离子切割机主传动系统 摘要:由于等离子切割在加工不锈钢等金属方面的优越性,开发数控等离子切割机能极大提高此类金属板材的切割效率,而当时国内领域还是一片空白,在这种市场需求下,核六所开发了SDQ-4000P数控等离子切割机,取得了好的市场反映。今天我的设计秉承了核六所的开发项目,设计切割机的主传动系统并作相应的仿真。在赵老师指导下,了解各部件的装配关系,设计的要点,解决了切割机运行精度要求高的难点。 本设计的重点在于数控等离子切割机主传动系统的齿轮系及轴系的设计。设计内容包括电动机的选择、传动比的分配、三级齿轮的设计计算、轴的设计与校核、轴承的选择与校核、运动平稳性解决方案、运动精度保证技术。同时了解整机的设计方案选择、运动特征、动力特性、主轮架与辅轮架的设计要求等。 关键词:等离子切割机; 等离子切割; 轴系; 齿轮 SDQ-4000P CNC plasma cutting machine main drive system Abstract: As the plasma cutting has great advantages in the processing of stainless steel and other metals, the development of CNC plasma cutting functions can greatly improve the efficiency of such cutting sheet metal, while the domestic area was still a blank. In the market demand, the 6th nuclear institute developed the SDQ-4000P CNC plasma cutting machine and got a very good market response. Today, my design inherit the project of the 6th nuclear institute, designing the cutting machine main drive and giving out the corresponding simulation. Under the guidance of the teacher Zhao, i come to understand the relationship between parts of the assembly, designing elements, and finally solve the high precision of the cutting machine. ??????The focus of this design is the gear and shaft design of CNC plasma cutting machine main drive. Design includes the choice of motor, the distribution of contact ratio, the calculations of three pair gear design, the design and verification of shafts, the selection and verification of bearings, the solutions of motion stabilization, the guarantee technique of motion accuracy. At the same time, i must catch the kernel of the selection of proper design of machine, the movement characteristics, the dynamic characteristics, the main wheel and auxiliary wheel frame design requirements.
