The application of programmable controller in the hybrid control system simplifies the design of control system and hardware structure. The system offers high reliability and maintainability in harsh environment. Meanwhile it can reduce the proportion of accident and improve the reliability and security of the control system. PLC has lots of advantages such as powerful function, flexible usage, high reliability, good environmental suitability, low power dissipation, simple programming and so on. The structure of the control, the control scheme, flowchart and the design of hardware and software are analyzed concretely. Hardware design includes deciding input/output and the type of PLC. According to the input /output, the outer hardware connection diagram of the PLC is designed. Because of many I/O puts, we adopt entire type program controller. The model of its basic unit is expanded the unit for FX2N-48ER for FX2N-80MR-001. Component tables of program controller including I/O, the component name and function of relay, auxiliary relays (M), state latches (S), timers (T) and data registers (D) are present. Meanwhile at this part of software design of system the programming of PLC in the system is discussed in detail. Most of the ladder diagrams are applied by step ladder instruction (STL) for the features of the control system. The program design for PLC in this system is presented in detail, the ladde
