The pretreatment of hot metal dephosphorization, desulfurization, including silicon removal three off technology. Our country on hot metal three off technology of a late start, in order to faster speed, higher starting point for the development and application of hot metal three off technology, Bao steel, Wuhan steel, shanghai steel plant three to 90 time initial stage from Japan and Germany introduced the torpedo car blowing, KR mixing, ladle and shaking ladle etc molten iron pretreatment technology and equipment, after further improvement and production practice for many years, our country iron three off technology has improved, and has achieved significant economic benefits.
