某啤酒废水处理工艺设计 摘 要 唐山某啤酒有限公司主要生产销售高、中、低档啤酒,生产过程中产生大量的废水,废水主要含淀粉、糖类、蛋白质、酸类、纤维素等有机物,属高浓度有机废水。为了保护环境,预建一废水处理站,收集并处理这些废水,本设计即是对于该废水的处理进行初步设计。 该啤酒废水处理系统的规模为5000m3/d,设计进水水质CODCr=2000 mg/L,BOD5=1000mg/L,SS=400mg/L,pH=7.5-9.4,出水水质按照《啤酒工业污染物排放标准》(GB19821-2005)执行,即CODCr80mg/L,BOD520mg/L,SS70mg/L。 本文分析了废水产生的环节及主要污染来源,并从好氧、厌氧生物处理两方面来考虑废水工艺,提出了UASB+CASS”的组合工艺流程。工艺流程废水→格栅→集水池→水力筛→调节池→UASB反应器→CASS反应池→达标排放。来自UASB反应器、CASS反应池的污泥先收集到集泥井,由泵提升到污泥浓缩池内,脱水后形成泥饼,外运处置。该工艺具有结构紧凑简洁运行控制灵活抗冲击负荷等特点。,UASB,CASSABSTRACT Tangshan Brewery Limited Company mainly produces and sells a high, medium and low-grade beer. In the production process, produce large amounts of wastewater, which mainly contains starch, sugar, protein, acids, cellulose and other organic matter, so it belongs to the high concentration organic wastewater. The company is going to construct a wastewater pre-treatment station to collect and treat brewery wastewater, that is, the design of the wastewater treatment process for the preliminary design. The water which needs to treatment in the beer wastewater treatment plant is 5000m3/d, the specified future in the raw wastewater is: CODCr = 2000 mg / L, BOD5 = 1000mg / L, SS = 400mg / L, pH = 7.5-9.4, the effluent quality is in accordance with the “Beer Industry Emissions Standard”(GB19821-2005) implementation, which CODCr≤80mg/L, BOD5≤20mg/L, SS≤70mg/L. This paper analyzes the generation processes of wastewater, the major contaminates and their major sources in beer production. It also introduces the primary biological processing techniques of aerobic and anaerobic treatment. The main process technology of the beer wastewater disposal station is defined as UASB+CASS. Generally the process is as follows: Wastewater → grid → drainage sump → waste water screen → UASB reactor regulation pool reactor → CASS reactor tank.
