摘要 薪酬激励作为企业中重要的激励方式,已经越来越来受到人们的关注。尤其是在市场经济日趋成熟的当今社会,它作为目前企业管理的重要组成部分,对提高企业的竞争力有着很大的作用。薪酬激励杠杆是指企业为了取得预期的效益而对员工实施的一种作用力,或称物质激励手段,其目的是为了选择更好的工具来获得更大的投入产出效益。随着我国市场经济的发展,国有企业员工薪酬激励制度的缺陷日益明显,阻碍了国有企业的发展。本文首先明确了员工薪酬的概念,然后剖析了我国国有企业薪酬激励存在的诸多缺陷和问题,最后根据我实际情况提出了完善建议 国有企业 激励 Abstract Incentive pay as an important incentive in the way of business has become more and more people pay attention.
