摘 要 随着科学技术和工业生产的飞速发展，国民经济各个部门迫切需要各种各样质量优、性能好、效率高、能耗低、价格廉的机械产品。其中，产品设计是决定产品性能、质量水平、市场竞争力和经济效益的重要环节。因此，我们应该树立好的设计思想，重视对自己进行机械设计能力的培养，树立知识经济意识；善于利用各种信息资源，扩展知识面和能力；培养严谨、科学、创新与创业、艰苦奋斗的企业，加强环境保护意识，做到清洁生产和文明，以最大限度的获得企业效益和社会效益。本文讲述了带式运输机的传动装置——单级蜗轮蜗杆减速器的设计过程。首先进行了传动方案的评述，选择单级蜗轮蜗杆减速器作为传动装置，然后进行减速器的设计计算，运用AutoCAD进行的二维平面设计，完成蜗轮蜗杆减速器的二维平面零件图和装配图的绘制减速器是目前广泛应用于矿山、冶金、建筑、化工、轻工、运输、制造、航空航天等各个领域的主要调速装置。具有高精度、高效率、可靠性高等优点。  ABSTRACT As science and technology and the rapid development of industrial production, the urgent need for all sectors of the national economy a variety excellent quality, good performance, high efficiency, low energy consumption and mechanical products cheaper prices.
