毕业设计（论文） 摘 要 新建选矿厂处理原矿能力为万吨，给矿粒度为00~0毫米。 铁矿主要矿物中磁铁矿占36.5%，赤铁矿占2.79%，褐铁矿占0.68%，黄铁矿占0.15%，全矿区以磁铁矿为主，个别有极少量赤铁矿。脉石矿物占59.88%，其中石英占36.42，角闪石占13.2%，辉石7.36%，云母类1.85%碳酸岩类1.05%。选用阶段磨矿、阶段选别流程。 工艺流程介绍如下：破碎为三段一闭路。磨矿为两段闭路磨矿，一段磨矿分级的溢流给入一段大筒径精矿产物品位为4%、产率为5%、回收率为8.58%；粗精矿给入二段分级溢流给入二段磁选，经磁选后，粗精矿的品位为6%、产率为%，回收率为%。磁选精矿接着给入三段筒径，品位为67%、产率为%、回收率为%。 选矿厂设计总投资为万元人民币，服务年限为年，投资回收期年。年精矿产量万吨，年销售收入万元。关键词：磁选阶段磨矿阶段选别The newly-designed Da Hua mineral processing plant has a capacity of 40 thousands tons, in which the size is from 500 to 0 mm. In the mainly valuable mineral, magnetite is about 36.5%, hematite is 2.79%, limonite accounted 0.68%, pyrite is 0.15% , magnetite dominated the whole mining area, a very small amount of hematite individual mine. Gangue minerals accounted for 59.88%, which accounted for 36.42% of quartz, hornblende 13.2%, 7.36% pyroxene, mica 1.85%, 1.05% carbonate rocks.So stage-grinding and stage-concentration are employed. Technical flawsheet is introduced as following: crushing is carried out through three stages with one stage closed-circuit. Grinding is two stage closed-circuits, and the overflow of first classifier is given into first big-drum-diameter magnetic separator. The grade, product ratio and recovery of the concentrate are 48.52%, 53.58% and 89.58% respectively. Then Magnetic concentrate was given to the crude for concentrate. Meanwhile, the second grinding and classification back into it. Tts concentrate are 131.46%.The second overflowing jion magnetic classification for magnetic separation, the crude concentrate grade was 63.5%, the yield was 39.26%, recovery was 85.9%. After the second magnetic concentrate,the overflowing was gained to a small diameter tube , three sections of magnetic concentrate grade of 67%, the yield was 36.88%, recovery of 85.14%.At last,the products was dried for sell. The total investment is ￥10.2 million.It is predicted that the Construction would cast one year.The service life is 15 years, and the investment will be recovered in
