液压机控制系统改造 总计 毕业设计(论文) 30 页 插 图 8 幅 摘 要 液压机的基本工作原理是帕斯卡原理。它利用液体的压力能,依靠静压作用使工件变形,或使物料被压制成型。液压机YJJ32-40具有独立的动力机构和电气系统,采用按钮集中控制,可实现调整、手动及半自动三种工作方式机器的工作压力、压制速度,空载快下行和减速的行程和范围,根据工艺需要进行调整ABSTACT Hydraulic machine basic working principle is the principle of Pascal .It makes use of liquid pressure energy, relying on the static pressure so that the deformation of the work piece, or make the material to be molded. Hydraulic machine YJJ32-40 is an independent body and the electrical power system, with centralized control buttons, can realize the adjustment, manual and semi-automatic three kinds of work modes: the machine working pressure, pressing speed, slow and fast descending no-load and range, can be adjusted according to process requirements. Now according to the technological requirements and the future development of automation control in hydraulic machine based on the simulation using PLC transformation, transformation of control system to complete the corresponding suppression action control, control transformation plan in order to achieve the better technical requires . Some of the previous manual machine control, try to make it full of intelligent, especially because of artificial cause error to zero, it can take the work process to improve a grade. The reform of the control system of hydraulic machine will realize in sheet movement in place after the application of the pressure sensor, the pressure reaches the set value, hydraulic punch downward movement after the completion of stamping, returned to original position, to complete the action cycle. This design mainly about some simple PLC application, we can learn in school more spacious knowledge in order to better prepare for future practical applications.
