Quality control and supervise Office,Nankai Hosptial, TianJin 300073) Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship among knowledge,behavior compliance and the Standard rate of glycated hemoglobin in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 300 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were recruited by convenience sampling and were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about diabetes mellitus knowledge,behvaior compliance,current treatments style,degree of education and home care. In addtion,Binary logistic regression was performed to analyze factors related to the Standard rate of glycated hemoglobin in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results The behavior compliance in patients with success control of glycated hemoglobin were significantly better than that of patients with poor control of glycated hemoglobin. Meanwhile significant difference was found on the knowledge between the two groups P0.05. Home care was related to standard rate of glycated hemoglobin. Conclusion Behavior compliance, knowledge and home care are associated with standard rate of glycated hemoglobinin type 2 diabetes mellitus.
