  “瓜蒌-薤白” 药对对大鼠抗急性心肌缺血 的药效学研究# 雷燕，黄芳，韩林涛，但汉雄，梁伟，王亚伟** 5 10 15 20 （湖北中医药大学药学院，武汉 430065） 摘要：目的 探讨瓜蒌薤白（TKAM）配伍前后对大鼠抗急性心肌缺血的药效学研究。方法： 大鼠随机分成 5 组，结扎冠状动脉左前降支造成大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤模型，分别给以生理 盐水、瓜蒌、薤白、及配伍后的瓜蒌-薤白药对进行干预 14d 后，观察模型动物心电图 S-T 段变化；测定血清丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）和肌 酸激酶（CK）水平；采用 TTC 染色测定心肌梗死面积；对心肌组织进行 HE 染色观察心肌 坏死组织病理变化。结果 配伍后的瓜蒌薤白药对，对大鼠抗急性心肌缺血模型心电图的 S-T 段抬高具有更加明显的对抗作用，可降低血清中 LDH、CK 的活性和 MDA 的含量，升高 血清 SOD 的活性，明显缩小心肌梗死范围、保护心肌组织。结论 瓜蒌与薤白配伍后抗急 性心肌缺血所致的心肌损伤的效果更为显著。 关键词：药效学；瓜蒌；薤白；急性心肌缺血；心肌梗死 Study on pharmacodynamics of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim and Allium macrostemon on Anti acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods Rats were divided into 5 groups randomly, ligation coronary artery of the left anterior descending (LAD) 25 30 35 40 cause acute myocardial ischemia in rats damage model. Respectively to physiological saline, Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim, Allium macrostemon, and compatibility of TKAM to intervene 14d, to observe the change of S-T segment were observed ; determination the levels of maleic dialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), the activity of the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and the activity of creatine kinase (CK) in serum , by tetrazolium chloride (TTC) Staining , the areas of myocardial infraction were observed; and the cardiac muscle tissue was stained by HE to observe its necrosis area and pathological changes.
