  基于斜率渐变的数据插值算法研究# 冯兴乐1,2，孙瑞宁1，宋凡1，马瑞涛1* （1. 长安大学信息工程学院，西安 710064； 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 2. 西安导航技术研究所，西安 710068） 摘要：激光三角法检测物体表面三维信息时，利用线激光作为照明光源，把一片状激光束投 射到被测物体表面，形成一条投射亮线，同时采用 3D 相机获取视场区域内的点云数据。由 于被检测物体表面发生漫反射，使采集到的图像部分区域像素点的灰度值为零。针对上述问 题，本文在传统曲线拟合算法的基础上提出了一种基于斜率渐变的数据插值算法。首先找出 图像信息中所有灰度值为零的像素点坐标，然后计算出断点段两侧灰度值的斜率，根据灰度 值斜率渐变的趋势和像素点之间的关系，计算出中间缺失部分像素点的灰度斜率，最后利用 数据插值对断点处像素点的灰度值进行恢复，试验结果表明该算法简单可靠、适应性强、有 利于提高系统的整体性能。 关键词：激光三角法；斜率渐变；数据插值 中图分类号：TP751 Based on the slope gradient data interpolation algorithm FENG Xingle1,2, SUN Ruining1, SONG Fan1, MA Ruitao1 (1. Xian Research Institute of Navigation Technology, Xian 710068) Abstract: Laser triangulation method for detecting 3D surface information uses line laser as the light source.A flaky laser beam is projected onto the object surface to be measured, forming a projection light line, at the same time using 3D camera to obtain point cloud data in the field . Due to the reflectance of the detected object surface ,leading to the acquisition of portions of the image pixel gray value to be zero. In view of the above questions.,this paper proposed one kind algorithm based on the slope gradient data interpolation . Which is on the foundation of the traditional curve fitting algorithm .Firstly identify the image information in all gray value oto be zero , and then calculate the breakpoint segments on both sides of the gray value of each pixel. According to the gray value of the slope, the slope gradient trend and the pixel coordinates relationship, calculates the deletion part of pixel point of the slope.At last make use of breakpoint pixel data interpolation the gray value of restoration, the test results show that the algorithm is simple and reliable, strong adaptability, improves the overall performance of the system.
