西林县弄南电站引水隧洞工程
施工组织设计
本工程施工组织设计系根据业主提供的初设图纸及部分施工图纸,经过我方施工及技术人员对现场精心勘察并对本工程施工图纸尽心参透的基础上,结合自身施工能力与本工程的实际施工条件及特色,在满足施工规范要求及设计工期的前提下,精心设计编制而成。
工 程 概 述
弄南电站引水隧洞工程主要分为进水口工程、引水隧洞工程、压力前池工程及压力管段工程。
进水口工程主要有土石方明挖、进水渠防护、进水口闸室及起闭机房等工程。土石方明挖因现公路施工已开挖较大部分,目前只剩余▽447.5~▽455(公路路面高程)部分尚未开挖;进水渠防护工程为水渠边坡、底板砼板块防护及侧墙砼,防护长度为0-013.45~0-002.5,共11m;闸室基础齿槽底部高程为▽446.2,进水底板高程为▽447.5,顶部平台高程为▽455.4,闸室宽度为7.6m,内设检修闸门与工作闸门,检修闸门中心桩号为0-001,厚度为500cm,工作闸门中心桩号为0+002.5,厚度为650cm;起闭机室分为起闭排架与起闭机房。起闭排架高程自▽455.4~▽463.4,高8m,起闭机房高程自▽463.4~▽467.4,高4m。机房左侧设旋转爬梯。
引水隧洞总长2886.850m,单一坡降0.112%,进水高程▽447.5m,出水高程▽444.27m(后与压力前池相接),隧洞平面布置于2+718.575处设一弧段,弧段结束桩号为2+735.231,圆弧半径60m,中心角15.905。;隧洞衬砌后宽6.0m,高6.1m,马蹄洞型,隧洞设计为全洞衬砌,衬砌类型为钢筋砼,沿隧洞轴线纵

向划分0+006~0+017为明涵段,与进水口闸室相接,衬砌厚度为80cm,0+017~0+026.3段衬砌厚度为50cm,0+026.3~2+886.85段衬砌厚度为35cm;隧洞设计全洞回填灌浆,部分洞段进行固结灌浆;隧洞穿越地层大部为泥岩夹
